If possible, please create a full backup of your device before sending it.
While rare, some repairs may result in data loss. If backing up device yourself is not an option, backup services can performed as an added service.

Carefully package your device to prevent damage during transport.
Please send only the device itself, without chargers or accessories, using a trackable shipping service.

Our standard inspection process takes approximately one business day after we receive your device.

The repair details you submit are used as an initial reference.
Each device is thoroughly inspected to confirm the actual issue and final repair cost.

Once the inspection is complete, we will contact you to confirm pricing and share an invoice and secure payment link.

Repair work begins after full or partial payment of parts is received. If your service does not need parts, then payment is completed after service / repair.

The average repair time is around two business days, depending on the issue and parts availability.
Rush Servicing or Repair can be done for an extra fee.
